Our Bootcamp programs are always outdoors in the fresh air. Regardless of a person's level of fitness, we always design our workouts to ensure everyone is included and can contribute towards team objectives.

As a collective we all have the mentality to "leave no one behind". Every individual that joins our community are known by their name and they are celebrated by their efforts.

Low Impact Functional Exercise.

Athletica LIFE is an amazing community of people where members have life-changing results.

We use a mixture of functional training, strength training, shadowboxing and Pilates inspired exercises to strengthen your core, improve balance, help your pelvic floor strength so you can go about your day helping lessen the chances of you putting your back out from shutting the car door (yes we can’t guarantee this but strengthening everything definitely helps with injury prevention).

We have many modifications for any existing niggles in your body. We work with where you are at.

But don’t worry if you think it won’t challenge you we can work with you too in fun and safe ways to achieve your fitness goals.
