What to expect at YMGT

Don’t be scared!

It’s normal to feel nervous before your first session. The best thing about group exercise is the encouraging environment and group morale. It’s not daunting or overwhelming like other fitness environments. Yummy Mummy Group Training has a very welcoming environment and remember we’ve all been in the same boat so don’t let that stop you!

Each Yummy Mummy Group Training session will take into account your current fitness level and personal goals. Each session involves cardiovascular fitness, strength training, pelvic floor control and core training helping your body to lose weight and tone up.

Before you know it your Yummy Mummy Group Training sessions will be your favourite time of the week to get the ‘me time’ you deserve.

Sessions can include:

  • Pilates
  • HIIT
  • Running (to your level, no pressure!)
