What to Expect

It’s normal to feel nervous before your first session. The best thing about group exercise is the encouraging environment and group morale. It’s not daunting or overwhelming like other fitness environments. YMGT Fitness has a very welcoming environment, remember we’ve all been in the same boat so don’t let that stop you!

 

Each YMGT session will take into account your current fitness level and personal goals. Each session involves cardiovascular fitness, strength training, pelvic floor control and core training helping your body to lose weight and tone up.

 

Before you know it your YMGT sessions will be your favourite time of the week.

 

Sessions can include:

  • Boxing

  • Walking

  • Weights

  • Fitball

  • Resistance Bands

  • Pilates

  • HIIT

  • Running
