    Ask questions about your fitness programs, group challenges and recommendations for extra training.

    Athletica qualified trainers will be there every step of the way, to ensure you are motivated and kept accountable.

    Nutritionist support.

    All plans have been crafted by a certified and highly experienced nutritionist. However, you can also organise a private appointment if you need further support at an extra fee.

    Private Facebook group.

    It’s a safe space for everyone to ask questions, share your wins each day, express your feelings about your workouts, favourite recipes, and challenges.

    Athletica will regularly share extra content to keep you inspired and on track throughout the process.

  • Challenging Athletica workouts for all fitness levels, designed to keep you, fit, strong, and motivated, throughout the Challenge.

    Expect to be pushed beyond your limits, with the support from our highly qualified coaches and the encouragement from other Athletica members.

    We will offer mini virtual team challenges, group activities and fitness assesments.

    Micro at home workouts created for you that is fast, effective and simple to follow.

  • • To achieve maximum results, we recommend a minimum of 3 Athletica workouts per week, plus 1-2 other workouts

    • Follow any of our meal plans (1600, 1800, 2000 calories)

    • Before & after photos taken by you (won’t be made public without your permission)

    • Body measurements (instructions supplied)

    • Physical fitness assessment, before & after (suitable for LIFE & Bootcamp)

    • Participate in the online group challenges and team activites
